Just a heads up around staffed hours and classes over the weekend at Evolve 👇🏽

All classes are running as normal tomorrow (Friday):
6am Fusion XT with Baylee ✔️
9am Fusion XT with Baylee ✔️

Saturday:
8am Pump is still on ✔️
No 9am Class ❌

Monday (1st June):
No 6am class ❌
9am Fusion with Narnz ✔️
5:30pm Pump with Linda ✔️

Even with the long weekend make sure you keep moving, stay active, and look after yourself. Get outside and spend some quality time with your whānau.

Taking out 1st place in her division, with a massive combined total of 536kg, while also breaking THREE records along the way.

Not to rank people or suggest more is always better, but to highlight consistency in its many forms.

Everyone’s training looks different. Some people are in here most days, others train a few times a week around work, family, and life. Both are valid, and both can get great results.

This list recognises those who’ve been able to get in more sessions this month, based on what life allows.
