Just one month ago, Brendon walked through the doors of Flex Fitness after finally receiving the green light from ACC following three surgeries.

His first mission?

πŸ‘‰ Join the gym.
πŸ‘‰ Take back control of his health.
πŸ‘‰ Start moving forward again.

Like many people, Brendon admits he was nervous about joining a gym.

"I've never really been a gym person, and there was definitely a part of me that felt intimidated."

But with support from Rach and the Flex team, Brendon started learning more about nutrition, training, and what his body needed to recover and thrive.

The results after just ONE month have been incredible:
