Do you struggle finding healthy lunches when you’re out and about? 👀

It can be HARD to find something that’s actually filling, nutritious AND helps you hit your protein + fibre goals.

So I’m sharing some easy bought-lunch ideas over the next few weeks 🙌

First up, we’ve got:

🥗 The lighter lunch — when you’re not super hungry but still want to get some good nutrition in.

💪 The hungrier lunch — when you need something more filling, with extra calories + protein.

And remember — you don’t need to copy these exactly!

Use them as inspo to build your own balanced lunch when you’re at work, out and about, or just don’t have the time (or energy 😅) to meal prep.

Myth: You have to drink a protein shake immediately after your workout or you've missed your chance.

Truth: The "anabolic window" is much bigger than we once thought. 💪

Getting enough protein across the whole day is far more important than having a shake the minute you finish exercising.

Having some protein within a couple of hours after your workout is a sensible goal—but there's no need to panic if it's not immediate.
