I’ve got some Boxing PT sessions available:

⏰ Between 7:00am and 2:00pm

Whether you want to work on padwork, boxing skills and technique, fitness, or just get in a great boxing workout, the session can be tailored to suit you.

Help Brooke Miller get to Montenegro to proudly represent New Zealand at the 2026 U19 World Boxing Championships. 🇳🇿🥊

🥇 A successful Oceania Championships for Brooke! 🇳🇿🥊

Brooke comes away from the Oceania Championships as the Under 60kg Gold Medallist, winning her division by an unopposed title after no opponent was available at her weight.

Rather than leave it there, the NZ team made the decision for Brooke to step up into the Under 65kg division to get some valuable international fights. Because she had already won the Under 60kg title, she wasn't eligible to compete for another medal, but she still stepped into the ring against both the Australian and Fijian boxers.

🥊 vs Australia — Split Decision WIN
🥊 vs Fiji — Split Decision LOSS

The Fijian boxer went on to win the Under 65kg final against the Australian, which shows the level of competition Brooke was mixing it with.

We couldn't be prouder of Brooke. She came away with gold in her own weight division, then stepped up 5kg and took on some of the best international competition available — winning one and narrowly losing the other.

A great experience, some valuable international rounds, and plenty to take forward.

🥊🥊 FIGHT DAY! 🇳🇿🇼🇸

Brooke is up today for her first fight in Samoa!

With no opponent available in her usual Under 60kg division, Brooke has stepped up a weight division and will compete in the heavier Under 65kg division to get a fight. 💪🥊

A big challenge, but Brooke is never one to shy away from one!

All the hard work is done — now it’s time to get in there, back yourself and give it everything you’ve got.

A massive congratulations to Isaiah, our Boxer of the Day! 🌟

Isaiah has only been with us since the beginning of this term, but it’s wicked to see how far he has already come. His skills, confidence and effort are improving every week, and he’s doing an awesome job in training.
