My friend is looking for a 1 bedroom place in Carterton. She is a middle aged woman, with a domestic cat, and looking for a long term rental.
She needs a place by early November latest.

Good evening all.

We have our End of Month lunch this coming Friday 28th. As usual this is preceded by a Pilates class at 11am.

So, 11am for the class, and 12noon for the lunch at The Olive Branch.

We have some very special birthdays to celebrate at the lunch (an 80th and a 90th!!), so come and join in!!

The heaters for the studio are already on, so classes in the morning will be nice and warm.

Hi Everyone!

We are back on the mat tomorrow with the full timetable.

Foodbank Carterton has been missing us. So if you can spare anything, it will be most gratefully received. Especially, toiletries (esp men’s deodorant), bars of soap, and cat food.

See you on the mat, and yes, the heaters are on!!

Only 5 more sleeps until we are back full throttle!!!

Gainmomentumites!

This is just a wee reminder that the studio is closed until Monday August 10th with the exception of

Monday mornings:

9am Stretch
10am Aging Gracefully
11am Beginners Pilates

All of these classes are with Emma.

Everyone’s membership card will be extended by a calendar month, regardless of whether or not you attend Emma’s classes.

Folks, ALL HEATERS are on (and have been since 3pm).

The best thing to do in these freeeeeezing times is to move your body and create inner warmth,

I know it feels counter-intuitive , but heat your body from the inside!!!
