I think it’s safe to say that there will be no Flag football run today.

Please keep safe today and we will hopefully see you next weekend.

Also keep an eye and ear out for some weekday runs over the following weeks for Waicol and Chanel students who are competing in the NFL Flag tournament next month

Remember these are open to any one of any ability and skill. Not just our Kuranui and Chanel players. Bring a friend! Bring a sibling! Bring a mum or dad!

Due to a last minute default by Hibs Our and u15 flag football teams ( or as I like to call them the “Raptors”) 😂 got to join forces on a very wet and windy day in Wellington to take on Naenae college. Both teams played extremely well in some not so pleasant conditions. Both teams scoring three touchdowns resulting in a 19-19 draw.

Next week our two Wairarapa schools take on each other on the better side of the Rimutakas. Time and location is still to be decided but this will be a great opportunity to comedown and watch and see what Flag football is all about.
