Wow, it’s been a minute since I’ve posted in here — sorry about that!
Let me catch you up… Many of you already know that I purchased Rangitikei Active Gym in 2024 🥳 My goals were big: grow our membership, boost our social media presence, share helpful info across a range of topics, mentor two personal trainers, run the gym, and keep our family life running smoothly 🤪
It’s taken some time, but I finally feel like I’ve found my rhythm again, so I’m excited to jump back into this group too 🥰
I’ll continue posting a variety of content on the gym page, but I want to use this space to focus on topics that relate to about 75% of my clients — women over 30 who are balancing work and family, navigating peri‑menopause, menopause, or post‑menopause, managing hormone conditions like PCOS, and wanting to take action through nutrition and exercise.
And don’t get me wrong — the topics I’ll be sharing aren’t only for this amazing group of women. The principles often apply to a much wider audience, so even if you’re not experiencing these things right now, stick around… you might just learn something 😉
If there’s a topic, you’d love me to talk about, let me know! I’ve gained so much knowledge through my courses, and I learn even more from working with clients on the gym floor every day. If you ask something I’m unsure of and I can’t find a solid answer, I’ll do my best to point you toward someone who can.
And if you know someone who might find this interesting or helpful, send them my way! I don’t plan on posting daily — and maybe not even weekly — so be sure to check in from time to time, because I’ll be battling the good old FB algorithm 🤪
