Apart from our Round the Vines event scheduled for 31st October 2026, we’d also love to highlight another fantastic local event happening this April.

The Martinborough Lions Skyline Challenge is a community fundraising event supporting the South Wairarapa Meals on Wheels service — a truly important cause in our region.

Round the Vines is back in 2026!

Join us for Martinborough School's iconic fundraiser fun run & walk through scenic vineyards!

Bring your friends and family for a 10 or 21km fun run or walk around vineyards that are only open to the public for Round The Vines.

Wear your best activewear or fancy dress and enjoy the live music and themed hydration stations dotted around the course. Then head to the prize-giving for delicious food & wines, live entertainment and amazing prizes generously donated by local businesses.

Stay the weekend for great eateries, cellar doors, boutique shopping and more!

Round the Vines said landfill WHO? 🍇♻️

It’s the biggest small-school fundraiser in Aotearoa, with hundreds of people moving through the vines, walking or running 10km or 21km, stopping for local wine and live music along the way.

Behind the scenes, the waste system run by Martinborough School and Nonstop pulled off a 96.5% recovery rate, with only 9.4kg going to landfill. 🔥🥂
