There are milestones… & then there’s ONE THOUSAND F45 CLASSES. 🤯

That’s 1000 times Grace has walked through those doors, put in the work, embraced the tough sessions, celebrated the good ones & kept showing up. We think that deserves some serious recognition! 👏

Grace is one of those people who has simply become part of the fabric of F45 Marshland. A familiar face, a consistent presence & someone who delivers the banter every day.

1000 classes isn’t achieved through motivation alone- it’s built through years of consistency & the daily decision to show up.

Some would say it was rigged. But we promise you, they came from the middle of the pack & snuck in with the win.

Big effort from all of the teams! It was a close call for the Locked In Games, but for some those big last day efforts, just wasn’t enough to pull them up to first place.

1000 CLASSES FOR ASHLEIGH! 🥳🏆

This one is pretty special. Ash has been with us right from the beginning, & we’ve been lucky enough to be part of so many chapters along the way- including training through pregnancy, welcoming her back after becoming a Mum, & now watching her gear up to take on HYROX Melbourne with Matt! 🔥

1,000 classes is a HUGE amount of sweat, consistency & commitment- but anyone who knows Ashleigh knows she brings so much more than that to the studio. Always bubbly, always smiling, always up for a chat & just an all-round lovely human to have as part of our Marshland family. 💙

And a whole lot of banter, competition & team spirit along the way. 🔥

This challenge was about more than points on a leaderboard. It was about community, belonging, accountability & consistency- showing up through winter & having your team behind you while you did it.

Thank you to everyone who got involved, backed their crew, embraced the challenges & made Locked In what it was. We had so much fun!

Training doesn’t have to stop when you’re pregnant- we can scale, modify & substitute exercises to suit you & where you’re at.

And with coaches who are Mums too, we’ve been through it. We understand the physical & mental side of training through pregnancy, & we’re here to support you every step of the way. 💪

There’s something about that post-workout high, & it’s not just a feeling, but a chemical reaction in the body that triggers those feel-good hormones.

So if you’re having a s**t day, come in & sweat it out. We promise you’ll leave feeling better than you walked in.
