Help to Improve your movement or just get moving again. GET STRONG !!! All in my Private Home Studio. I am a certified Fitness Instructor and trained STOTT PILATES Instructor. I provide and REFORMER Pilates classes in a relaxed environment so everyone is able to work to there full potential. I love to see people achieve there goals and more. Being apart of that achievement is FANTASTIC! Everyone is welcome. :)

Chill'in on a Sunday morning.
It's not as warm as it could be today...just saying.
I introduced the 2nd part of this cluster to my 4:30pm Thursday class.
I think they liked it 🤔?
It is challenging but once you get it 👌, it's such a good feeling.
Then on to the next challenge 😉.
