For those who have planned for Wednesday night Sprint Training, we are all go tonight 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Be sure to bring a water bottle. We will meet at the main field of the Rugby Club then head down to the far field where the 100m track is.

Happy New Year everyone. First Post and a very important post for you all to read.
1. Club nights start again on Tuesday Feb 4th at 5.30pm.
2. Sprint Training with Enoch is on Mondays and Wednesdays at Williams Park 9.30am to 10.30am for the weeks commencing Jan 13th and Jan 20th. 3. Auckland Championships Entries are open and you have until the evening of Wednesday January 15th to get on this link, check out the programme and enter your child/ren accordingly.

It has been a great athletics season so far, so we cant finish on a cancellation due to todays weather. Those of you who can make Thursday 5.30pm we will do a range of fun races with all the kids together as one for the first time and finish the year off with a Lolly Scramble.

Hi Everyone, there seems to be no program available to post here for tomorrows event at Manurewa Athletics Club, they are for sale for $1 once we arrive. Its a 10am start so simply come along with uniform and age badge (available on the day if required) and encourage the kids to have a go from the moment you arrive, and simply leave when ever the kids hit the wall!!. Remember Water bottles, hats, sunblock, and shade.

Hi all, tonights Club Day is cancelled with the forecast not great at all with more wind and rain still to come. Next Tuesday Dec 10th all go and we will do a catch up session on Tuesday Dec 17th.

Hi Parents,

The local board is holding a Peace Vigil for Christchurch tonight at Centre Park from 7.30pm.
Out of respect we have decided to cancel our final club night for season.
MO Athletics sends our love, support and prayers to all the victims and their families.

Thank you all for your amazing support throughout the year.
To celebrate the season we are having a Prizegiving on Friday, March 29 at Manukau Rovers Rugby Club on Viscount Street in Mangere, 6.30pm-8pm.

All athletes that are registered and have paid their fees will receive a MOA Medal.
