Movement & Functional Training — Classes Are Back in 2026!

After a beautiful break, our Movement & Functional Training classes restart on January 5th, with a new timetable and new spaces.

Due to the growing demand, we’re moving some of our classes to the Black Swamp Dojo — giving us more space to move, explore, and train properly.

These classes focus on how your body actually moves.
We train patterns, not isolated muscles — building strength, mobility, coordination, and resilience in a way that carries over into real life, sport, work, and everyday movement.

We work with:
• functional movement patterns
• strength with mobility
• coordination and balance
• joint health and longevity
• awareness, breath, and control

All levels welcome.

This is a hands-on workshop where you’ll not only learn new movements — you’ll understand the deeper purpose behind them. I’ll break down what a movement practice truly is, why it matters, and how it can transform the way you feel, perform, and live.

A movement practice isn’t just exercise. It’s a long-term relationship with your body — a way to build strength, mobility, awareness, and resilience in a sustainable and meaningful way. It’s about reconnecting with your natural patterns, improving the way you function day-to-day, and unlocking the confidence that comes from moving well.

We’ll explore:
