We had a fabulous day of lessons yesterday with Robert.
All set for the masterclass today at 3pm at Henderson RDA.

Excited to have a foal due by this exciting young stallion. My 3yo mare SF Fascinate by fusionist out of SF Sansa (secret/don frederico) is due in October. Fingers crossed it’s a filly 😝

Often I wonder why do I do this? Why breed or even have horses?

Standing out in the sideways wind and rain at 3am watching my beautiful mare Sansa bond with her new baby, while being supervised over the fence by two overly caring uncles (Alfie and jet) is exactly the reason why.

Listening to them all talk to each other (and me) with soft wickers, leaning in for scratches and nose kisses.

It’s not the competitions, the money (or lack of) but the bond between human and animal.

I’d do anything for that.

Very happy with SF Star Lorde (Sven) by Shu Fu (Sezuan/Furst Heinrich) out of Jaybee Cinderella that decided to make another one.
Fingers crossed for a filly this time please Cindy! .. I get to keep those ones!

Sven was recently assessed on the NZ Hanoverian tour as a premium foal. He has a real showman, look at me presence!
