Good form is what helps pull it all together. The smallest changes can make the biggest difference when it comes to muscle activation, confidence, and getting the most out of your training.

There’s some great information out there, but also a lot that can make things confusing! Talking to a coach or professional can help simplify things and make sure you’re moving well for your body and your goals.

Do you feel like you've hit a plateau? Your body might just be asking for a new challenge.

Progressive overload sounds technical… but really it just means gradually making things a little harder over time 💪

Here’s a few ways to do it:

⬆️ Add a little more weight
⬆️ Increase your reps
⬆️ Slow down your tempo
⬆️ Improve your form + control
⬆️ Reduce rest time between sets

The goal isn’t to destroy yourself every session, but your body does need a reason to adapt and get stronger!

If you’re not already, take some time to slow down today and fill up that cup. It’s all part of the process 🔁
