ROSA Soccer Season 2021

ROSA are excitedly looking forward to the start of our soccer season and seeing our families getting out there and enjoying the beautiful game.

We will kick off this season on May 8th for all grades: All games will be played at Port Albert Soccer Fields.

Congratulations to Mike Rewi and the Wellsford Football Club on winning the Black Swamp Trophy today at the Mangawhai Domain Field. The game between Mangawhai United Soccer Club captained by Richard Grayson was played in good spirit and very competitively contested, Wellsford FC won 4 goals conceding 2. Friendships and football were winners on the day.

The Black Swamp Trophy was created three years ago and is annually played in memory of Travis Flannagan and supporting Su***de Prevention. Travis was a wonderful young man, he was a talented player of the game, always kind and very spirited. He was always keen to be part of our football community and is sadly missed. We played for him.
