Absolutely no wall balls inside our gym!!!
If you need to do them, head out on the balcony and use the concrete wall only but still be careful has there are glass panels!!!

Te Whai Community Trust Walking Group is starting at 9.30am this Friday the 6th of May.

Our weekly walking group is for people who would like to start walking and connect socially. We will be walking around the Mangawhai Domain/Te Whai Community House area and this will be followed by a cup of tea at the Community House.

No required fitness level, all welcome. As the group grows, we will look at including different walks around the local area.

Please meet at the Te Whai Community House in the Mangawhai Domain at 9.30am each Friday.
