While we are excited to say the the inaugural UM New Zealand is full, please don't let that stop you dropping an application in at https://ultramannewzealand.com/register-umnz/
This will give you extra credit with the team when considering the 2027 athletesand possibly even give you a chance to jump on the startline this December if there are withdrawals.
The team is working hard behind the scenes to make sure we put on the event that all the Tribe deserve, building on the legacy we have built with the quality of the event in Australia which many of you have experienced.

Time to update some permits!! After a pause in prceedings, it's full steam ahead.
We thank DoC, QLDC, Upper Clutha Rugby Club, Upper Clutha Tracks Trust and Wanaka Watersports Precint for supporting the launch and hosting parts of the inaugural UM New Zealand.

As the UM team draws a line under the Australian edition, we want to share some more information about the New Zealand event.
We are excited to welcome Chris Chase to the event to capture all the emotions on course. Athletes will have access to these image after the event as part of their entry fee.
The website is now live, more information will be added to it in coming months.

Massive shout out to this guy. He’s been part of the 515/UM community for so long, given back through volunteering, crewing, even race directing. Now he shares the TRIbe’s stories around the world on his podcast and puts hundreds of hours into the live YouTube coverage of UM Australia, and then UM New Zealand later this year. This pic is from him hosting the athlete/crew Q&A for UMOZ26, another thing he does for us all. A key member of the Dream Team, even though he’s in another country.
