So excited to be headed to Italy this September!!

URVIESTE is a completely FREE fitness event with the ethos that everyone should have access to fitness information!

Now that is something I can get behind!

My power yoga workshops will not only be a workout but also active recovery, stretches you didn’t know you needed in your routine!

We’ll also be drilling some really fun advanced postures too, including arm balances and head stands!

Some great advice I’ve received lately from my husband, my coach and friends…

Encouraging words like these really help me, I’m here trying to build a clientele, definitely not the easiest way possible freelance style!

Anyone can replicate a yoga flow, one thing I’m reminded of though is no one can replicate my spirit, my energy and how I interact with my students.
