*New! Thursday Evening Mixed Men's and Women's Group Training!* - for 16 years and over.

6 Week Circuit Class, incorporating resistance and conditioning work along with fat burning drills and intervals. There will be a different focus each week and a variety of equipment to keep things interesting and challenging! Build strength, fitness and flexibility with a friendly, lighthearted team.

Where: Campbells Bay Primary School Hall.
When: Starting August 29th @ 6.30pm for 6 week initial block.
What: $70 for one, $120 for a couple, paid in advance.
