FREE Play & Splash Sessions 🐳💦

While works continue in our AUT Millennium Small Pool, we would love to welcome you and your little one to our FREE Play & Splash Sessions in the National Aquatic Centre Learn To Swim Pool.

These relaxed sessions are a warm, welcoming space for babies and toddlers to build confidence, have fun and enjoy some special time in the water with you. Attend as many sessions as you like! We will have toys available, plus a teacher poolside to share helpful tips 💙

👧 Preschool-aged siblings welcome too

Today is Menstrual Hygiene Day, a global day that raises awareness and works towards a world where everyone can access the products, period education and menstrual health services they need.

At AUT Millennium, we are proud to support our community by providing free sanitary pads and tampons across our facility, because no one should have to go without essential period products.

Free products are available to collect from the following reception locations: Main, National Aquatic Centre, Gym, Conference and Lodge.

Please don’t feel shy! If you are in need of or struggling to access sanitary products, simply speak to one of our friendly reception team members and ask for a “package for Poppy” 💗
