Mahia Ladies 6x6x6 Pairs: A Day of Uplifting Fun and Sportsmanship!
Mahia was thrilled to host an exhilarating Ladies Pairs tournament on Saturday, June 13th. With an inspiring theme of 'Any Sport by Golf', 21 dynamic pairs came together, showcasing their skills and sports spirit.
The day was filled with excitement, delicious meals, and thrilling novelty prizes that captured the essence of teamwork and fun. Heartfelt gratitude to all participants and supporters who made this event truly unforgettable.
Congratulations to Maraea and Lynn for winning the day and the Nau Mai Trophy.

Mōrena whānau, just a panui for our Rangatahi golfers ⛳️

All of our coaches are spending some time with their whānau today, so there won’t be Rangatahi golf this morning, arohamai.

For our whānau who have their own gear, the course is open for you to head out and have a hit. We have club golf at 12 noon, so anytime before or after that will be perfect.

A gentle reminder to please replace your divots and most importantly have fun out there!

Tairāwhiti ladies pennants 2026 completed, to all our clubs that took this wero on and totally embraced it kau mau te wehi, appreciate everyone that got behind this kaupapa, it was awesome to see the competitive alive and well and this has given new life to our pennants in Tairawhiti, congratulations to Wairoa for taking out the shield for 2026 very fitting for you to final have a turn at hosting a final and for you to win it, and what great hosts everyone had a great day even if the golf wasn't on par thanks everyone see you all on a course near you

Tairawhiti Ladies Pennant 2026.

Finals played in Wairoa today. Poverty Bay achieved more wins than us today with some excellent matches had.
Very in awe of our Ladies who represented Mahia at Pennant this season.
Maria, Trena, Maraea, Elaine, Lee, Paipan, Susie, Viv congratulations on 3rd overall.
Thank you for representing our club with the best of everything. What a wonderful season.

Lucy May – Bay Bronze 2026 ✔️

Done and dusted after some hard-fought matches on the outstanding Hastings Golf Course. We may not have come away with the win, but every one of us came away with something special — a deeper appreciation for each other, new friendships formed, plenty of laughs, and even a good packed lunch to keep us going.

So proud to have travelled and competed alongside these amazing wahine toa, representing Tairāwhiti and all of our respected clubs with pride. Honestly, the best group of ladies to organise and share this experience with.

Super proud of you all. Would do it all again in a heartbeat…

So ladies… where to next? Cape Kidnappers??? ⛳️💛
