Bar Manager / Clubhouse Host

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and personable Bar Manager / Clubhouse Host to join our team and be the welcoming face of our thriving golf club.
This is more than just a bar role — it’s about creating an atmosphere. You’ll play a key part in shaping the experience for our members and guests, ensuring every visit is relaxed, social, and memorable.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our Bar, while supporting the café delivery ensuing warm, friendly, and professional service. From casual post-round drinks to club events, you’ll set the tone and keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
• A natural people-person who genuinely enjoys engaging with members and guests
• A passion for delivering exceptional, friendly service every time
• Strong bar and hospitality experience
• Confidence to lead shifts and manage operations
• A positive, can-do attitude and great sense of humour
• Reliability and the ability to work weekends and evenings as required
Requirements
• A current Duty Manager License is preferred
• If you don’t currently hold one, we’re happy to support the right candidate through the application process
