Hutt City United Baseball Club Est 2023 with a vision to bring a diamond sport club to our community. Our goal is to foster a healthy and balanced approach to their athletic pursuits.

Our mission is to provide accessible & equitable opportunities to our tamariki & rangatahi, ensuring that every player has the chance to develop their skills & passion for the game. Established in 2023 by a dedicated Executive Committee, Hutt City United Baseball Club was created with a vision to bring a diamond sport club to our community, recognising that 95% of our players also participate in s

oftball. Our mission is to provide accessible and equitable opportunities to our tamariki and rangatahi, ensuring that every player has the chance to develop their skills and passion for the game. We are committed to player welfare, focusing on arm care and managing overuse to support athletes who play multiple sports. Exciting developments are on the horizon as we look forward to the enhancement of our home ground at Naenae Park this year. Join us as we build a thriving baseball community and create lasting memories on and off the diamond.

Congratulations to our 14u team for their win this morning, beating Nelson Heat 4-0 for the championship game 🏆

The whole team played with awesome composure and skill. Outstanding fielding. Can’t not mention Jamison Thornton for pitching the perfect game, supported by a strong performance from Phoenix Tibbits behind the plate 💪

Thank you to our opposition teams. It was a three way tie for second place, a tough decision on who got to progress to the final for all teams who deserved to have a final game 🤍

Unfortunately the decision has been made to shorten the day tomorrow due to the current weather warnings.

🏆 14U Champions! 🏆

Congratulations to our Hutt City United 14U team on taking out the Wellington Baseball Association Championship today! 💪⚾️

A fantastic performance in the final against Levin Hustle, capping off an unbeaten season - an outstanding achievement by this talented group of players. The team showed great maturity today, keeping their composure across both games.

This result follows on from our 16U championship win last weekend. As a club, we are extremely proud of all our players who have contributed to such a successful regional season. 🙌

A big congratulations to our coaches Chris and Ryan for their leadership, and a huge thank you to Rose (scorer) and Megan (manager) for everything behind the scenes.

We now shift focus to the National Tournament in Tauranga starting 9 April! 🔥
