I'm a Mum of 2 preschoolers and I have a passion for fitness, I started my own fitness journey in 2009 and with the current chapter of being training for my 2nd Half-iron Man. POV the exercise feels too easy. I'm doing something wrong.

Yip this was me today, there was no challenge in the exercise. I felt like I could keep going all day.

Yes I was only doing half the exercise. Adjusted and I felt like I was actually doing something.

Are you feeling safe?

Let's get back to basics
The 7 key areas for heath, fitness and wellness

I believe these are the basic areas to focus on. If you're low in one of these focus on lifting the floor first rather than aiming for the ceiling.

šŸ’ƒ Movement min 150mins per week
šŸ‹ļøā€ā™€ļø strength 1-2x 30mins per week
šŸ¤¼ā€ā™€ļø Social connection are you spending time with others
🄩 Nutrition are you eating vegetables fruit protein
😬 Stress management: what's your ability to tolerate and manage stress
