Many of you know I have expanded beyond teaching just official Nia workouts, and have widened my movement horizons to include routines from Nia teachers/trainers that have not been endorsed by Nia, and also creations from people completely unrelated to Nia.

This fabulous brand, Kinvoke, was formed by 3 inspiring women who release original material that is super inclusive, original, empowering and with community at its heart.

TranscenDANCE is their 3rd release, and if their previous two creations are anything to go by, I'll bet this one lives up to its name.

Here's two chances for online live previews of this body of work by choreographer Christina Mae Wolf. For us Kiwi's, the time difference means the first online class option is Wed 5 August at 6am. The second is Thursday 6 August at 12.15pm. I'm booked in for Thursday for a noon dance break. Who's joining me?
