Hello!
Yes, its been a very long time since Ive posted anything. See, I kinda uplifted my life in Wellington and moved to Tauranga!

These last few months have been crazy busy! Not to dwell but I spread myself too thin and paid the price.
Im back on track and loving the sunny bay!

Im working out of Cityfitness in fraser cove so if you live in the bay, pop in and say hi, check out our club which is not even 3 years old yet! AND we are adding new gear in very soon!

Cannot believe this year is almost half done with already! Going far to quickly!
I promise to post more often! But for now, im going to enjoy this view!

Quinoa simple salad apple cider vinegar dressing.

1 cup uncooked quinoa
1 can red kidney beans
Capsicum, as much as you like.
Red onion, as much as you like.

Dressing
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon of sweetener, I used sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp mustard, seed or no seed
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt n pepper to taste

Cook quinoa. Chop veg, combine everything!

Voila!
