Now I'm not saying that the top 4 options are not healthy or good for you, I'm not saying don't eat them, what I am saying is don't be fooled into believing these are good protein options. Per cal these are low protein options, to meet your requirements using these options you would need to drive total calorie intake up.
For the same serving size your getting almost double the protein count with Greek yoghurt (low/fat free) chicken, fish, egg whites. So if fat loss is your goal then these 4 options would help keep your calories low while boosting protein significantly.
