Basic Steps: A number of you have asked if I could post some quick basic step videos. If you can access our private page they are under an album there but for those of you who can't here are some basic 2-3 minute videos of the basic steps. Note on the Reggaeton one I accidentally called it the Merengue Stomp (should be the Reggaeton stomp). I did these a long time ago so sorry quality not great but still be helpful for those who asked. Any questions about any steps always come and ask 😊

THIS SATURDAY class will be a little different. Bring your bestie and come try Zumba and Bollywood Dance Fitness. 30 mins of Zumba, 30 mins of Bollywood.
Saturday 8.45am Lincoln Primary School Hall (Boundary Road). No need to book just turn up 5-10 mins before. 60 min dance fitness class. Cash or eftpos available.

🧡TUESDAY is dance day. Come along to Lincoln Primary school tonight 6.15pm for some low-impact fun dance fitness. Zumba Gold is dance for everyone!

💚 💜 SATURDAY ZUMBA FITNESS class @ 8.45am may look a little different this week only: I have at attend a meeting Saturday morning SO 1st half an hour is going to be Zumba (I will be there) and 2nd half our lovely Sri is going to take you through some Bollywood moves! Hope that is ok as poor Janey is still unwell and not up for covering. Sickness is hitting hard at the moment so look after yourselves x

All classes $5 first class, 2nd class free. Concessions thereafter $40 for 5 classes $80 for 10 classes. Casual $12. Tween gold coin. Men free for first 2 months!
