A Term 4 adventure for your class

One day with lunch: $78.50 per child incl. GST. Minimum 25.

A great way to finish the year. Primary and intermediate teachers: take the learning outside this Term 4.

Zip line. High ropes. Adventure-based learning.
Have a go. Back a classmate. Solve something together.

At Makahika OPC near Levin, the aim is more than a fun day out. It’s confidence to try, friendships beyond the usual group, and teamwork to carry back into class.

Disconnect from everyday screen distractions. Reconnect with each other. Enjoy the adventure, with time to pause and refocus.

One adventure day + lunch: $78.50 per child, incl. GST.
Minimum 25 students per group.

Two- and three-day camps also available, quoted separately. Activities are matched to your class’s age and needs.

Dates Available for Term 4, your 1 day EOTC Learning Adventure are:
19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd of October (we could also accommodate a multi-day camp this week)
23rd November

Come on schools, clients, parents and associates.

We don't need any more screens in our children's lives.
We don't need any more inside time.

We need, barefeet, grounded kids, joyful, muddy, wet, cold, well fed, consequence aware tamariki who understand, consequence of action. If you do this, that happens; if you do that, this happens. And you are responsible for those choices with our guidance.

Please actively get involved with this, as the 'funnel' of instructors are these students who are doing NZCA EOTC programmes.

We are NZ, we live outdoors, we thrive outdoors. The data behind experiential pedagogy is profoundly overwhelming. Children learn from experience.

Remember, "you can't learn to swim, from reading a book".
