Jess had the privilege of tagging along as a 5th teammate for Burnt Beginnings BBQ Team and was able to compete in the Jack Daniel's Classic Car and Hot Rod Festival.

Plenty of cooking and learning went on, along with meeting some really amazing people and cooking some epic low n slow.

Amazing weekend. Smoking Knight will be there competing as a team next year!
