DOUBLE CONGRATULATIONS to our two 1st place winners Ali & Liz!!!! Both crushed the challenge and won $1K Cash! Thanks to our awesome Grace & Ropata for sponsoring and both winnings not having to split it 🙌

🥇Ali Pou-Ruka a force to be reckoned with! Ali first took out the first challenge of the year & now to end the year strong winning his second!!! 🏆 Ali lost an incredible 14.6kgs of body fat, which is a total fat loss of 37.82%. He changed his body composition by an amazing 31.70%.

🥇Liz Barclay is a DAY ONE OG and a CHAMPION! 🏆 She smashed this Challenge and just hit 1000 CLASSES! 🎉 Liz constantly pushes the limits and herself to new heights! 🔥 And if that wasn’t enough, she’s gearing up for her second Hyrox in Auckland! 💪

Liz lost an outstanding 6.5kgs of body fat, which is a total fat loss of 25.59%. Liz also made an incredible skeletal muscle gain of. 1.4kg. All in

MASSIVE congrats to Maddy on DOMINATING the last Challenge with a 1st place win and following it up with a 2nd place this challenge! 👏 Consistency is her superpower!💪

Maddy lost an outstanding 3.2kgs of body fat, which is a total fat loss of 11.23%. Maddy also made an incredible skeletal muscle gain of 1.4kg, changing her body composition by an amazing 16.26%.

You show us every day what you’re capable of, Maddy! 💪 Whether it’s ‘Maddy Gee’ at the gym, ‘Maddox’ on the golf course, or dropping it to the floor at Marsden, you’re smashing goals and having fun!🎉 Thats what it’s all about! We’re so proud of you and everything you have achieved! 🫶
