The Man 💚🖤

On behalf of the Kerikeri Rugby Club Committee it is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of one of the greatest our club has ever known...

Brian Mather passed away at home on Friday night. A battle, this time around, lost much faster than any of us expected.

As treasurer of the committee, he was someone we all trusted and relied on but as we all know he was much more than that in his commitment to our committee, members, sponsors, players present /past, club and wider region.

A final farewell for Brian Mather 'BM' will commence on Wednesday at 2:00 PM at the Kerikeri Rugby Club..

Followed by after match.

There will be a spit roast on to serve with buns and salads.

Brian is a champion of and for the Kerikeri Rugby Club that selflessly gave for years for the betterment of our rugby community and will be treasured, not forgotten.

Our thoughts are with his wife, daughters, family and friends at this time.

Northland Rugby Development Lead, Boris Jurlina, will be taking an Associate Referee course.
This course is for anyone! Coaches, managers, players, parents of junior players etc. The course is designed to give you the necessary tools, skills and confidence to get out and ref a game of rugby!
Junior right up to Seniors!
