What have our ponies been up to?? we have kept our senior staff and they will live out their days getting to be horses. This weekend they all got a turn at Aunty Pepe’s Spa-Ewen Equine Management and ConTact CARE getting pampered on course. Thank you for continuing to support our fur babies into their dinosaur years with Contact Care and giving them all the special treatment 😍

I still have so much gear that we don’t need anymore. Here are a few pictures of things. Also

Rugs- there are bigger sizes mostly 5 ft and 5.3
A heap of saddles.
Lots of bridles and leathers etc.

Closing down sale.

They have been sitting for ages so will need a clean and oil.
Nothing flash but good for getting started or for a spare/ hacking etc

Hope everyone has had a fantastic Christmas and are geared up for new years.

I have made a definite decision this time 😅 to close our little centre.
It has been an amazing 4 years being part of peoples riding journey’s here in Maungaturoto.
I honestly thought that once covid had settled and I recovered from my b**g knee, that things would just pick up from where we left off.
It’s just not the case.
And with all of the rain and sickness we have had in November and December it’s really put a strain on the wallet and spirits.

My horses are old and have worked hard teaching all you wonderful people to ride, so they will live out their days in the paddock enjoying the grass and relaxation.

I will however be selling up all the gear, saddles, bridles, rugs etc to pay for those old horses to live out their days 😂.

So if you are needing anything in particular, chances are I will have it.

We are almost at the end of our first Positivity Through Hōiho program. It has been an absolutely incredible journey for these wonderful kids and a huge honour and pleasure to have been part of it. These guys are absolutely nailing it🤩. Of course, none of this could have happened without the support of the community, funded placement through Buffalo Lodge and without my Amazing helpers.
Well done team.
