Push ups challenge 💪
Ain’t nothing more humbling than trying to do a full push up of your body weight.
According to a recent article published by Women’s Health, April 2025, we should be able to do it on our toes!
According to the Freddie Chatt and Adam Clark chart, the average women below 50 should be able to achieve at least 11 - 24 consecutive push ups.
This is a brilliant way of strengthening your chest, shoulders, back and core, all with just the use of your body weight.
