For our members who were part of the original silver key club, your membership is coming up for renewal, same time every year. Same process to renew, $250 for 1 year into same account. Remember keys are only done on a sunday, if you leave it last minute and loose access until key day, that's on you ✌🏾

Unfortunately our builder we had planned to do our bathrooms are no longer able.
Do we have any builders in house who are looking for some work before we look elsewhere?

Kia ora members,
TOILETS ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED. The water pump at the ksa is being repaired so there is no water at the moment to flush the toilet. Unfortunately I have received messages to let me know that some people are still using the toilets even though it cannot flush, causing a back log pf toilet paper and waste. Please dont use the toilets until they are working. There are toilets opposite the four square.

Kia ora members,
This post is for our musashi drinkers, particularly the person who drinks the orange flavor musashi... please put your cans in the bin!!!
The bin is located by the front door.
Also to our powder fingers... wipe your powder off the equipment please.
If we all just do the right thing, it means I dont have to find you on camera, im busy and its time I don't have. So lets all do the right thing 😊

Kia ora members,
An update on things happening:
- BATHROOMS: In approximately 4 weeks time the bathroom renovations will begin. In agreement with the KSA we have decided to remove the showers and redesign the bathrooms to more of a changing room style. A comprehensive report was completed before the decision was made including the continuous gas bottles theft, the extended cleaning hours, and many other factors such as other gyms in the region comparing membership price and having no shower facilities, the outcome was in order to keep the showers our membership would need to increase by at least double current price to make it financially viable.

STAIRMASTER: Thank you for your patience! Our maintenance man is coming on Monday with the new part (fingers crossed this will fix it), unfortunately it had to be sent away, hence the long wait.

MEMBERSHIPS: We are currently taking limited new memberships weekly and reasses weekly taking into consideration busy times etc and how many are using it. This system seems to be working so far.
RENEWALS: For our first cohort who originally had a silver tag, june is renewal time. There is only one of me, please dont leave it till the end of june as you may lose access for a short while. Please start renewals late April so its easier to manage. I only do memberships once a week on weekends.

Thank you members, please keep looking after the gym and putting our weights away and keeping the place tidy. Remember its all of our gym 👍🏾

ATTENTION MEMBERS
The women's toilet is blocked. We have to close the bathroom until the plumber can fix it.
Please use toilets under the Sport's association until this is resolved.

Unfortunately due to males not respecting the women's bathroom
MEN USE OUTSIDE TOILET UNDER THE KSA.
The women's bathroom is now WOMEN'S ONLY.

Not the post i want to write again but sadly one of our gas bottles has been STOLEN AGAIN. This is very disappointing as it is the 4th time now. We will be spending unnecessary time painfully going through footage which is not how I would like to spend this time.
The committee are still deciding on a way forward as we cannot sustain the expense of replacing the bottles every 6 months or so.
So far our options are removing the showers from the gym, only having cold water in the gym, or cages (which cost a lot of money). I welcome suggestions via private message if you have any other ideas.
Thank you to our honest members, it is such a shame this may affect you.

Unfortunately we have had to temporarily close the men's bathroom due to the floor becoming too unsafe.
I know this isn't ideal to have 1 unisex bathroom, but this is temporary and will be resolved in January.
Blokes, please be respectful and clean while using the ladies. There are also toilets outside under the pavilion that you are able to also use, they are located directly opposite the gymnasium.
