Kia ora all,
I have been asked if we would join this Community Event coming up in October called "Haere Tahi Tatou, (Journeying Together). It on Saturday 24th October and they would like to know if our roopu would like to paddle along the Esplanade while those on land are doing the hikoi??

Haere Tahi Tatou, Journeying Together is a Community Event sponsored by KDC in Kaikoura where we can come together and Celebrate the Life of our loved ones who have passed on, Celebrate the Life we have now and Life that is yet to come, the next generation.

I wonder if we have a club day that sat and join in this ????

If whanau can let me know if they are keen ??? So I can go back to the organiser please…

Saturday paddling 9 30 (Now FULL)

If interested in taking up Waka ama as a sport or any of the crew we had coming out last summer ready to jump back in !?

We supply the paddles and life jackets.

Just turn up by the old swimming pool.

If we have a few keen then we will do a second session at 10 30 ??

If interest and keen to come down then in comments …….YES to 9.30 Or YES to 10 30

Conditions will be calm and perfect to give it a go.
Just come down and see what it is about before you decide if it is something you would like to try .
