Personal Training & Group classes Hours are variable and change frequently so please ask before booking.

Rates vary depending on number of sessions per week, so are calculated at a monthly rate. Sessions can start from as little as $12 per half hour (a group of 4) and are no more than $50 for a hour one on one.

Entertaining weekend with this lot of oldies; Ross, Nikuru, Dean & Michelle. Ross’s motto of “Improvise, Adapt & Overcome” was heavy on the improvisation angle with these ‘Mad Masters’ lol with a few bloopers that fortunately (or unfortunately) weren’t all caught on camera 🤣🤘
