• Or $25 casual drop-in (if space available)
• 60-minute classes

🌺🔥🌺A new round of yoga starting at Treehouse Retreat this week 🌺🔥🌺

Wednesday 9th April 6.30pm
Thursday 10th April 6pm.

🌺🔥🌺This is an 8 week block but still at the 6 week cost of $90

We will have Ash teaching with me, and taking the reins for 3 weeks while I’m in Peru at the end of this month.

🌺🔥🌺Also….We will start a brand new class on Tuesday evenings at 6pm for the following round starting week after Kings Birthday - feel free to book ahead for this🌺🔥🌺

🌺🙏🌺POP-UP YOGA🌺🙏🌺 this Thursday 9th Jan at 6pm Treehouse Retreat in Kaiapoi. A 60min class suitable for all.
I teach at a beginner level with options for those with yoga experience who want a bit more. No one is left out 🌺
We will be out on the lawn under the beautiful old oak trees. Class is a mix of yin, vinyasa, hatha and mediation/relaxation and breathwork. So bring your mat (or borrow one of mine) and a blanket. Find balance, gratitude and happiness going into this new year.
Friends and family are most welcome.
Cost $20 (children under 15 free)
