First up - Train Like Brett ๐Ÿ’ช

Once a month weโ€™ll be sharing how our staff + coaches actually train to give you some insight, ideas, and free resources you can use in your own training.

These programs are NOT customised - theyโ€™re simply how we train. Brettโ€™s current focus is building strength, improving conditioning, and maintaining high work capacity to support both everyday performance and his mountain biking ๐Ÿšตโ€โ™‚๏ธ Expect plenty of heavy lifts, sled work, conditioning, kettlebells, grip work, and core finishers ๐Ÿ”ฅ

A full PDF version of the program - including exercise tips and some YouTube demos - will be available via the link in our bio.

โœ”๏ธ Adjust exercises where needed
