Once a month weโll be sharing how our staff + coaches actually train to give you some insight, ideas, and free resources you can use in your own training.
These programs are NOT customised - theyโre simply how we train. Brettโs current focus is building strength, improving conditioning, and maintaining high work capacity to support both everyday performance and his mountain biking ๐ตโโ๏ธ Expect plenty of heavy lifts, sled work, conditioning, kettlebells, grip work, and core finishers ๐ฅ

Please remember:

โ๏ธ Adjust exercises where needed
โ๏ธ If you have injuries or limitations, avoid movements that aggravate them
