As we wrap up the first week of our 55 Hard(ish) Challenge, it’s time to meet some of our challenge whānau! Week one has been all about baselines - getting our body scans done, strength testing and goal setting; the team chats are popping off! 🤣 Members have kicked off their weekly training hard! Starting the week with our first Mahi Monday and finishing it off with a team challenge on Friday with Team Black taking the W on the day👏

For 55 days, our members are committed to:
- Training 4x per week in the gym and 2x outside
- Following their own eating plan or making a healthy eating change
- Drinking 2L of water daily
- 15–30 minutes each day on a habit or hobby

1 YEAR! ❤️🤍🖤
A year ago CO//LAB was just an idea between a couple of gym mates. Now it’s a community full of good people showing up, working hard, backing each other and making this place what it is.

To everyone who’s trained with us, supported us, and been part of the journey so far…thank you. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

The people have spoken and ALTITUDE (Cardio) + AMPED (Hybrid) were voted back in. As well, we have two brand new classes IGNITE (Hybrid) and a new super circuit ELEVATE.
