Despite all Southland Football games being cancelled due to weather and ground conditions, our Southern Football Development League team at 12.30 and Southern Premier League men’s team at 2.45 pm both still play on the ILT Football Turf today.

Please get along and support them.

Our planned Club Day celebrations at Star RFC are still going ahead. All Old Boys members are welcome at Star from 5pm. Please get down to Star and support our Waverley Community Hub.

The weather forecast for all parts of the region tomorrow is very very wet. As such we are making the decision to cancel all junior and youth football for Saturday 20th June.
We will make a decision regards Southland Senior Football tomorrow tomorrow morning.
Games scheduled for the ILT Turf in the Southern Football competitions will go ahead as planned.
We have to consider a number of factors including ground conditions (Short and Long Term) and travel safety.

- Free sausage sizzle is available to all junior club members. Please call in to get yours after you finish your game from Old Boys’
- The bar at the Star Rugby clubrooms opens at 1:00 pm.
- All senior after-match functions will take place at the Star Rugby clubrooms.
- Live music from 5pm and Super Rugby final on the big screen ⚽️🏉

Old Boys AFC Club Day this Saturday.

In cooperation with the Waverley Community Hub and Star Rugby/Rugby League Club, we would like to invite all members and their whanau along to Waverley Park this Saturday 20th June for our Club Day.

Games are at both Turnbull Thomson Park and Waverley Park.

Please Note: All post match functions will be held at Star Rugby/Rugby League Club at Waverley Park.
