Hi everyone! There’s more than one way to exercise & the best type of exercise is something you enjoy doing because you’re more likely to do it regularly!

I love getting out into nature on my mountain bike & do it as often as I can. If you struggle with getting motivated to exercise, find something that has a physical challenge & you like doing & you’re far more likely to be consistent with it.
