🌮Mince Tortillas Meal Prep

Easy, healthy, yummy dinner!
6 tortillas:
1 tbsp plain flour
3 tbsp water
Filling:
500g chicken mince (or meat of your choice)
1 sachet Mingle taco seasoning
1 tbsp tomato paste
100ml chicken stock
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
Topping:
Greek yoghurt (natural)
Lemon or lime juice
Chopped cucumber
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Mix flour and water until smooth.
3. Make 4 cuts around each tortilla. Brush lightly with the flour mixture, then fold and press into cup shapes to secure the edges.
4. Place into a greased baking dish.
5. Heat a large pan over high heat. Cook chicken mince until browned.
