Mark Ryding-Personal trainer I have had a passion for fitness from an early age, playing lots of sports growing up but rugby was my favourite.

Hi I’m Mark and I am a group fitness instructor with Ryding2health, I am currently studying for my Personal Trainer qualification which I will complete in the next couple of months. I served 12 years in the British Army (probably where my love of running came from...) and have completed 2 full marathons, numerous half marathons, 10k’s and enjoy cross country and muddy obstacle course challenges. I

take a number of different classes including Bootcamp, Boxfit, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and beginners running group. Helping people get started on their fitness journey is a very rewarding experience and my aim is to make it friendly, fun and open to all
