You are allowed to take up space.

In the room. In the class. In your own body.

We've been taught to shrink. To apologise for our size, our noise, our presence. To wait until we're smaller or fitter or more deserving before we let ourselves be seen.

That's not what happens here.

Here, you move. You breathe. You take up exactly as much space as you need.

Come take yours. Link in bio.

You showed up. That deserves some credit.

Not when you've lost the weight. Not when you're fitter. Not when you've been coming consistently for three months.

Right now. Today. For choosing to be here instead of staying on the couch with a reason not to.

The women in this room are not extraordinary athletes. They're ordinary women who keep choosing themselves. And that's what makes them extraordinary.

Give yourself some credit. Link in bio.

The best part of class isn’t always the barre or dance work.

It’s the five minutes after, when everyone’s still catching their breath and someone makes a joke and suddenly nobody wants to leave.

These women have been showing up through winter, through busy weeks, through all of it, and I am so grateful for every single one of them. May and June have genuinely been some of my favourite classes in eight years of teaching. Something special is happening in that room right now.

Also... thank you for humoring me with the photo op. I know posing after a workout is not everyone’s dream activity. But I love having these little moments captured. This is what we’re building here, and it deserves to be remembered.

If you’ve been curious about what Barre with Camelle actually feels like, this is it. Come find out.

Life doesn't change in an hour. But somehow, you walk out feeling lighter.

That's not magic. That's what movement does when it's not trying to punish you. When you're not counting calories or hitting targets. When you're just in a room with music and a body that knows more than you give it credit for.

One hour. That's all it takes to shift something.

Come find out for yourself. Link in bio.

Showing up is the hardest part. Not the class. Not the movement. The walk to the door.

The voice that says you're too tired, too out of shape, too late to start. The part where you have to decide to go anyway.

Once you're in the room, something shifts. It usually does.

You've already done the hardest part just by considering it.

The door is open. Link in bio.

She came for a workout. She stayed for something she didn't have a name for yet.

That happens a lot here. Someone books a class to tick a health box and walks out feeling something they hadn't felt in years.

Not just physical. Something quieter. A sense of belonging in her own body again.

You might need this more than you think.

First class starts at link in bio.

Some seasons, the goal is just to get through gently.

Not to train harder. Not to hit new milestones. Just to keep showing up in a way that doesn't cost you more than you have.

Barre can be that for you. Quiet strength. Slow burn. No pressure to perform.

You're allowed to take care of yourself without turning it into another project to optimise.

Gentle counts. Link in bio.

There's something that happens when you move in a room full of women.

You stop being alone in it. Whatever "it" is. The exhaustion, the transition, the quiet grief of a body that doesn't feel like yours anymore.

You look around and realise everyone else is also figuring it out. And somehow that makes the whole thing easier.

Moving together isn't just more fun. It's medicine.

Come see for yourself. Link in bio.

Work in progress. That's not a problem. That's just being human.

You don't have to have it figured out before you walk in the door. You don't have to be fitter, lighter, or more coordinated than you are right now.

Every woman in that room showed up as a work in progress. That's the whole point.

You're not behind. You're exactly where you're supposed to be.

Come as you are. Link in bio.

She just needed a dance break.

Not a workout. Not a goal. Not a plan. Just her body moving to music in a room where nobody was judging.

That's what RECLAIM is. It's not choreography to master. It's permission to move freely, even badly, even messily, even joyfully.

We forget that movement is supposed to feel good while you're doing it.

Come remember. Link in bio.
