A new learn to dive class aimed at 6-9 year olds is starting soon.
Please reach out if you know of any kids who love the water and are keen to give diving a go.
We train Thursdays at Splash Palace from 6.20pm.

Bookings are open for Term 3 classes! We begin this Thursday, 17 July, and invite anyone who would like to give it a go to one free session.

Grade Class - Thurs 6.30 - 7.15pm (Beginners)

Squad class - Thurs 7 - 8.30pm - for divers who have achieved grade 4 and/or have been invited.

🥇 Nationals Update 🥇
Smiles all round for the Otago and Invercargill girls. Abbie scored 108 for 3m and earned herself a Silver medal overall.
Zoe scored a 120 for 3m coming in 3rd place 🥉 and 6th overall in NZ against 25 strong athletes. Well done girls on another amazing competition.

🏅 Nationals Update 🏅
That’s a wrap on the Skills level 1 competition.
Some amazing results. Ella scored a 104 earning herself a Silver medal. Charlotte blitzed the competition scoring a cool 129.67 coming FIRST OVERALL out of almost 40 competitors throughout New Zealand.
An amazing first nationals for the girls and great results for Invercargill Diving.

Relaxed and ready to go for day one of Nationals.

Team event up this morning. The girls placed 5th.
5m platform for Zoe and Abby
Abby earned herself a silver ribbon with a score of 94.5, improving from South Island champs.
Zoe placed 6/24 earring a score of 114.5 and a GOLD Ribbon 🥇
Well done girls.
Up tomorrow Charlotte and Ella on Poolside and 3m, Abby and Zoe on 1m!!!
