If you're looking for a great way to keep active and help maintain a fabulous lifestyle, then come have a go at fit & fab fitness class. Fit & Fab is a fun low-impact strength and balance class for seniors which includes full body exercise using light hand weights, resistance bands and your own body weight. A can-do attitude and good level of mobility is required.

This is an ACC approved fitness class for the Live Stronger for Longer movement, delivered by a qualified and experienced group fitness instructor.

Welcome to my first Chair Yoga class of 2022!

I encourage anyone who is looking to improve their strength, breathing, mobility and balance to give chair yoga a go!
It is a great way to keep active and socialise in a non-competitive friendly environment.

Where: Blind Low Vision Centre, 172 Queens Drive (Free parking)
When: Starting second week of Feb 2022
Duration: 10 week block course (1 session per week)
Sessions: Tuesday 2pm - 3pm, Wednesdays 9:15am - 10:15am
