We’re incredibly proud of Woody and everything he’s been able to achieve through hard work, consistency, and commitment to his health.
Over the next little while, we’re hoping to share more stories from our members to show that real change is possible and to hopefully inspire others who might be thinking about starting their own journey.
Everyone starts somewhere, and stories like this are exactly what the Inglewood Fitness Club is all about.
Hey everyone, my name’s Woody. I just wanted to share a bit of my journey,
"At my heaviest, I was 160kg. I had type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and a range of other health issues. Over time, by building better habits and staying consistent, I’ve lost around 50kg and reversed all of those problems.
A big part of that change was committing to the gym. Pushing yourself physically doesn’t just make you stronger, it does something for your mindset too. It’s given me a level of confidence and mental strength I didn’t have before.
Losing the weight has been great, but gaining a new perspective on life has been the biggest reward.
If you’ve been thinking about making a change, I’d seriously recommend checking out the Inglewood Fitness Club and just getting started. You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to begin.
