We would like to share a post of appreciation and farewell to two of our beloved members Khayla and Kingston. 💕

Last Friday was our last session with the two; our hearts ached but we were able to give them both a proper send-off. However on Saturday they and their whanau had surprised us with a beautiful kākahu that they had handcrafted from the materials found at their home and upbringings. 🫶

Each piece of the kākahu symbolises parts of their journey alongside us as well as bits of their identity, all of which we will proudly present and hang up to display at our gym. 🔒

Though you may be leaving to live far away, we will be able to continually remember your support, commitment and hard-work inside and out of our gym.

We would also like to share our appreciation to Carmen and Owen for your ongoing support and dedication in bringing your kids to training. 💪

Once again we love you all and wish you all the best in the future. 💗
