warm up: 20/10 tabata x 6. then you hit the combos.

1-2 into 1-2-3-2, paired with star jumps.
1-1-2 into 3-4-4, paired with shadow box.
2-3-2 into 1-1-2, paired with fast feet up downs.
2-3-3 into 1-2-3, paired with mountain climbers.

If you've never done a Tabata workout, here's the honest summary: 20 seconds of maximum effort, 10 seconds of rest, repeat six times per round.

It sounds manageable. It isn't.

Tabata is one of the most efficient formats in boxing fitness — high output, short work-to-rest ratio, and your heart rate never fully recovers between sets. That's the point.

This week's Workout of the Week — TKO All Day Baby — uses Tabata to build through four combo sets, each one layered on the last.

Full session drops Wednesday evening. And if you want to try it with a real coach calling the rounds, DM us. Your first 7 days are $20.

two coaches. the real reason this gym works.

boof — grant henson (). an absolute warrior. the man is the first one through the door every single morning, trains like he's got something to prove, and never — not once — takes a session lightly. if there's a burpee challenge going, boof has already won it. king of the bloody world and he's earned every bit of it.

jazzy — jason lynch. incredible doesn't cover it. since the absolute beginning, jazzy has given everything he has to this gym. all his time, all his heart, all his energy — just poured straight into the people who walk through that door. the coach with the biggest heart i've ever met. he means the world to me and to The Box Office.
