Monday calls for a motivational post right?

Hmmm well kind of! We think that Mondays are AMZING days for planning! Planning your week out is key to your success. Whether it comes to your workouts, your training, your work or even just you relaxing time! A lot of people forget to schedule in time to relax! Therefore becoming less productive during the week.

Casual Saturdays call for a post that isn't so much about training, its more about life!

This book is one of the best books we have ever read. The top 5 things we learnt from Dale Carnegies book:

1. Get you out of a mental rut, give you new thoughts, new visions, new ambitions.

2. Enable you to make friends quickly and easily.

3. Help you to win people to your way of thinking.

4. Increase your influence, your prestige, your ability to get things done.

This book is an absolute must read if you are wanting to start helping people in anyway. This will help you learn the basics of communication with everyone you meet!

Have you ever felt like you're training ALL the time and just not getting anywhere? Yeah me too!

Hey guys, Paige here! So I always find that with myself and most of my clients, we just get stuck in this routine of doing the same things ALL the time! That's why I started full body training! It means you can constantly change workouts as you want to! Training is about moving your body and enjoying yourself! Not about "having to go to the gym!"

If you're looking for something new to really spike your motivation and energy levels, let us know! It's far too frustrating training because you have to. We train because we WANT to! And you can too!
